Do I need a real estate license to take the courses?
No. There are programs for those who already have a license and programs for buyers, investors and professionals entering the industry.
Are the courses in Spanish?
Yes. All academy content is in Spanish. The platform is built to offer bilingual content going forward.
What's the difference between buying a course and the membership?
A purchased course is yours individually. Membership gives you ongoing access to the included library, live classes and resources for as long as it's active.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, at any time from your portal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Are the certificates an official certification?
No. They are certificates of completion recognizing that you finished the program. They are not a government certification or accredited continuing education.
Does the content replace legal or financial advice?
No. The content is educational. For legal, tax, financial or investment decisions, consult a licensed professional.
