Account data: first name, last name, email, and phone if you provide it.

You may optionally save your date of birth in your profile for your zodiac sign and daily entertainment reading. The horoscope uses only the day and month; we do not send the date to AI providers or the CRM. You can correct or delete it in Profile.

Professional profile: the user type you declare, your license status, and your market area, when you choose to share them.

Educational activity: courses, progress, assessment results, and certificates.

Billing data: processed by Stripe. We store a customer identifier, never your card number.

Technical data: IP address and browser, used for security and to record your consents.

We do not request or store Social Security numbers, home addresses, or personal financial information.

We never store full credit card numbers at any point.

To give you access to what you purchased and track your progress.

To send you service communications about your account, courses, and payments.

To send you marketing communications only if you gave explicit consent for that channel.

To improve the platform and prevent fraud or abuse.

Providers that make the service run: payment processing, email and messaging delivery, hosting, analytics, and CRM.

Each provider receives only the minimum data necessary for its function.

We do not sell your personal data.

You can access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data.

You can withdraw any marketing consent at any time, from your profile or from the link in each message.

We retain your account data while it's active.

Payment and consent records are retained for as long as applicable law requires, even if you close your account.
